PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Wolf Creek Families,

A couple of weeks ago, I sent you a ‘Save the Date’ for our first ‘Readers are Leaders Night’. This event will take place on February 26th from 6 to 7:15 and will feature fun Leader in Me activities for families to do together, and informational sessions by teachers on how to support your developing readers. The evening will be made up of fifteen-minute sessions. Any families who stay for 5 sessions will choose a new board game to take home as a prize! Below is a link to RSVP. Please let us know by February 17th if you plan on attending. We hope to see you there!

I always think it is appropriate to give a shout out to our Buildings and Grounds department this time of year. These folks, including our custodians, Sandra Milner and Emily Heinrich, spend lots of hours in the cold making sure our grounds are safe to walk and drive on. We are so grateful to them!

Valentine parties will be held on February 13th at 2:10. Parents are welcome, but must complete our Volunteer Registration to help with the parties.  If you are sending food for the Valentine’s Party, especially if it’s non- perishable, please consider sending it in early so that Nurse Rene can check items and send them onto the classrooms. Thank you!

Have a great weekend!

Beth Cooper, Principal
