Dear Spring Hill High School Families,
It is hard to believe it is already 2026! As a new year dawns, many people have made resolutions, set new goals, or just re-focused their energies on the things that are important to them. Whether you are a staunch resolutionist, or someone who simply wants to make a little progress in an area of life, let us all take time to reengage our minds and hearts on the ideas and behaviors that are important to us. As we begin this new calendar year and our minds look ahead to all that 2026 could bring, both big and small, let us not forget to go into the new year with kindness, hard work, and positivity. With those things on our minds, we can take on new goals, meet resolutions, and handle any challenges that come our way.
We are excited to start a new semester at SHHS and wish everyone a very happy New Year!
Mr. Alex Winkler, assistant principal and activities director

Handbook Reminder: Tardies
As we begin second semester, please remember that all students need either guardian permission or a doctor's note to not be considered tardy. After five tardies, an administrative detention will be assigned. Excessive tardies are the primary reason students lose final exam opt outs. See the full policy on page 15 of the student handbook.
