Dear Prairie Creek Families,
We are excited to share that construction of our new building addition, funded as a part of the district’s ongoing #BuildingOpportunity bond projects, will begin in the coming weeks. Starting the week of November 3rd, a construction fence will be installed, with the construction site and equipment set up shortly thereafter.
Arrival:
Morning arrival will remain the same. Parents may continue to drop off students using either loop as usual.
Dismissal:
To accommodate construction, we will adjust the 2nd–5th Grade South Loop dismissal process due to the loss of part of the parking lot. Please review the attached map for updated traffic flow and loading zone details. Note that cars will now take turns—every other vehicle—at the merge point as shown on the map. Also, parking will no longer be allowed on that side of the lot during construction. We encourage all families who need to park to use the North Parking Lot instead.
